The installation of the electric power supply for a high-capacity refrigerating machine.

A completely new switchpoint is created within an equipment and control room, in the space available.

The new switchpoint consists of an MV receiving unit + a power circuit-breaker, a dry transformer 1600 kVA and an ALSB.

The ALSB is a 3B type, built according to the EN60439.1. standard. To ensure continuity of operations, we opted for withdrawable circuit breakers or switches mounted on a withdrawable pedestal.

A 4-pole Canalis of 2500A provides the connection between the ALSB and the MV transformer.

In order to support the power cables of the refrigerating machine, at a height of 8 metres, we needed cable ladders of the heavy type.
